SEPTEMBER 2018: mandatory one-on-one meeting with Professor Herrera to review the May project plan summary and discuss how the project has and has not changed. Revised project plan DUE to Professor Herrera and primary advisor no later than 5pm on September 28 2018.
OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2018: mandatory one-on-one meeting with primary project advisor; optional one-on-one “check-in” meeting with Professor Herrera.
DECEMBER 2018: Mandatory one-on-one meeting with either project advisor or Professor Herrera. Updated project plan DUE to Professor Herrera and primary advisor no later than 5pm on December 14 2018.
JANUARY 2018: Mandatory two-hour meeting of the full festival cohort to take place during reading week or in the days immediately after Dean's date. This meeting will be led by Professor Herrera and will include (1) a project pitch session, (2) a production calendar overview, and (3) individual affirmation of commitment as to what each member of the cohort will prepare and offer to the group during the “pobradita fiesta” (or the no/low-stakes “little taste” festival) which will take place during the first class meeting in February.
