OCTOBER/NOVEMBER: Mandatory meeting with primary project advisor; optional one-on-one “check-in” meeting with Professor Herrera.

DECEMBER: Mandatory meeting with primary project advisor and/or Professor Herrera. Summary of revised project plan due via email to Professor Herrera and project's primary advisor no later than December 14, 2018.

JANUARY: Mandatory full cohort meeting during Reading Week or days immediately after Dean's Date. This meeting will be led by Professor Herrera and will include (1) a project pitch session, (2) a production calendar overview, and (3) individual affirmations of commitment as to what each member of the cohort will bring to share with the group for the “pobradita fiesta” — or the no/low-stakes “little taste” festival — which will take place during the first class meeting in February.
