Brian Herrera returns to Albuquerque for a night of autobiographical storytelling with the premiere presentation of Boy Like That, a collection of (mostly) never-before-heard true-life tales. Boy Like That features stories from Brian’s new shows-in-process (Confessions of a Stealth Latino and Touch Tones) as well as “deleted scenes” from his previous show, I Was the Voice of Democracy. Brian’s stories run the gamut — from schooltime humiliations to phonesex craziness to family spookiness — and are told with Brian’s signature mix of silliness, sweetness and smarts.
